The Muslim Council of Elders, under the chairmanship of His Eminence Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, expresses its solidarity with the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria following the forest fires that broke out in the northeastern region of the country, resulting in a number of deaths and injuries.
The Muslim Council of Elders extends its sincere condolences to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, as well as to the families and loved ones of the victims and the Algerian people during this painful tragedy. The Council prays to Almighty Allah to grant the injured a swift and full recovery.
